Our Artistic team is responsible for ensuring the continuity, quality and integrity of our shows and the management of a cast of acrobats, athletes, dancers, singers, musicians, clowns and actors. Each Artistic team member should have a solid theatre background and passion for what they do and a commitment to the artistic and technical integrity of a show.

The challenge: The Resident Director / Artistic Manager we would like to hire will manage the daily general, artistic and acrobatic operations of the performers and the Artistic team as well as the department's human resources management and general administration.

The incumbent will also organize the integration of new performers into the show. Furthermore, he will ensure that the show meets and maintains the high quality standards established at the time of the stabilization of the work in terms of the artistic and acrobatic performance initial concept.

Who you are: Join our team and apply your Diploma in theatre production, direction, drama, dance, or a related artistic field or equivalent training; your minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in live show management (large-scale productions), in an international context; your fluency in English, both spoken and written as well as your availability to travel and work in foreign countries.
