Have to admit, I thought of Kahlil while reading this.  It's an article about Vegas entertainer Danny Gans passing away.  Key things that jumped out while reading...

1. "His long Vegas run began in 1996, when he gave up his one-man Broadway show and a tour schedule of 200 shows a year for a three-month gig at the Stratosphere Hotel."

KEY WORDS HERE... GAVE UP 200 shows a year for 3 MONTHS!!  (Sacrifice)

2.  "Traveling for 15 years before landing in Vegas!"

Doing his thing for 15 years before he got to Vegas!  

To Kahlil and all the other Blue Family who are still aspiring, training, working, shedding, re-packaging, re-inventing, gigging, gettin' it, doin' it, rippin' it!   KEEP DOING YOUR THING!  Your time will come.
