Hey ladies and gents, Congrats to all that made it so far. I'm still waiting for the official list to post so I can be sure. Other than that, if I didn't make it, I'll be sure to see you all when you come around this way. Work hard and have fun. Be a team!!! I'll try to see if I can help with staging if I don't get selected, but other than that, it was a pleasure getting to know all of you. I know you'll do well. |

lol I'm almost there. I'm trying to catch up with you guys. I just found out last week and I'm almost done with all of my paper work already. Just a few more things to go. Other than that, the music is great and I can't wait to hear how we sound when we are doing it. |

O, I'm so psyched for this man it's unreal. It's funny, staging and this tour are supposed to push us and I doubt anything can come close to the stress I've been put through these last few weeks here. Getting outta here is the biggest BLESSING that could come my way right now. |

I'm really psyched too. I can't wait to hear and see what the show is going to be like. I'm going to give everything all the time. I'm not going to hold back and I'm ready to be broken so that I can learn more. Are you ready for that young man? lol. The TIB team performed here last night and they killed it. It was awesome. You should of saw the looks on the kids faces. And the feedback that the crowd gave during the AF song. It was truly amazing. I so can't wait. |

Marc, your post just gave me cold chills man! Everytime I sit back and close my eyes and think about the year ahead of us I still have to pinch myself to see if I am dreaming or not. I know staging is going to be the hardest thing in the world but I am ready to be pushed to my limit! I can't wait to show up and see everyone and feel the atmosphere! |

I've been reading over the past few days of posts and first let me say welcome to the team Marc. Secondly, all the things you all are feeling right now, make me extremely happy to hear. It's nice to know that my future team members are ready to do their absolute best and stop at nothing to achieve greatness. Imagine what we can achieve if everyone maintains that mindset. Please, please, please hold on to every bit of that, especially when the nights are long and you feel like you can't take another step. Remember the way you feel right now and take it with you through the whole year. This tour will be what you make it; if you say it will be the greatest time of your life and make it such, nothing and no one can change that. I know this year will be different from when you all toured, but I'm still gonna pull from your experience to improve.
