I don't want to go into it here because its really hard to talk about just yet, but my mom really needs some prayers for her health. She goes to see the doc on Monday (5 Jan) and I really need some extra Blue love and prayers sent her way. Thanks for always being there Family!

Thank you so much to everyone in my Blue family. My mom's visit to the doctor went very well and she will be just fine.
To explain, she had cataract surgery and it didn't turn out as well as planned and when they went back to fix it they discovered what the first doc called a "disease process" going on in her eyes. He refused to speculate on what it was since he wasn't a specialist so my mom spent pretty much all of Christmas trying to be happy that I was home but freaking out that she was going to be told by the specialist on the 5th (the first appointment she could get) that she was going to go blind. So the holidays were good but rather stressful since blindness is her worst fear on this earth because she is a very creative, artsy-craftsy person. Anyway, the specialist said that the first doc was wrong and her current actual issue may heal on its own but if it gets worse they can go in whenever and laser it so its 100% fixable. "Relieved" doesn't even begin to cover it. God is so very good!!
