And why is gas so freakin high up here? I am definitely NOT in the south anymore!

Hey CAPS....I'm looking to become of of you in a very serious way....so is there an application process or can i just move right on into the group???? 
Seriously though I am looking for employment in the DC area, I'm tightening up my resume this week so if anyone might or could have a lead or two it would be wonderful...or if you could just keep your ears open for me that would be great as well.
